Meet Rachel Wood, owner of REAL(est) Health and the online entrepreneur who will challenge the way you view your health.
Rachel, a former nurse, started sharing online with the intention of teaching other professionals how to take better care of themselves.
“What makes REAL(est) Health unique is that you won’t find any diet plans, regimented workout routines, or anything cookie-cutter. This is a mind-body transformation that isn’t the typical experience that people have when they go on a “health kick”. This is brain training to help you easily take action again and again on improving and maintaining your health, without needing someone to slap the cookie out of your hand,” she explains.
Going through her own struggles with mainstream health programs, she knew she wanted to provide a different environment and perspective for others when it came to their health.
“There’s nothing else like this coaching out there on the market. And even within the industrial medical complex, most individuals need more support than they are likely getting, so I wanted to deliver that gap in service that so many people are missing, to help them be truly successful in living from a foundation of mental, physical and emotional health,” she shares.
When asked what inspires her to continue on her journey, she says “I discovered it’s not just about the actions taken, but the mindset from which they are executed being even more important.”
She’s dedicated her work here to helping you put yourself first. This is the advice she wants you to take on your journey with you. “Putting yourself first, mind, body, and spirit, is what will help your life to grow and create positive impact and value for others. If there is a major imbalance in one area of your life, you and the people around you suffer. So, putting on your own oxygen mask first is what allows you to truly show up as the best version of yourself,” she says.
“You have the ability to rewrite your health story anytime you want. Believe you are limitless and your results will follow.”
Her next projects include coaching within the healthcare sector specifically- Doctors, nurses, and healthcare administrators. She plans to continue to expand her business by inspiring others to change the way they view their health… and put themselves first. You can connect more with Rachel here.
